15 year fixed rate = 3.875%

7/1 ARM = 3.625%

5/1 ARM = 3.375%

3/1 ARM = 3.375%

FHA 30 year fixed rate = 4.375%

VA 30 year fixed rate = 4.375%

USDA 30 fixed rate = 4.375%

Jumbo Mortgages

Jumbo 7/1 ARM = 3.75%

Jumbo 5/1 ARM = 3.25%
 
These rates are unbelieveably low.  Now is a great time to purchase that investment property or a second home.  The people filing short sales and forclosures must rent for a period of 2 years.  Why not buy a home with these low interest rates and take advantage of all the people that will need a  long term rental.
