Mortgage Rates
On January 12, 2011, Freddie Mac published mortgage interest rates. 30-yr fixed rates were at 3.89 % with .7 points. 15-yr fixed rates were at 3.16 % with .8 points. Rates continue to hold at historically low levels and make housing more affordable.
