The Marco Island Real Estate is showing positive signs of a recovery.
1. Inventory levels are down in all types of residential properties.
2. Pending sales are up 13% for single family homes, 60% for vacant lots and 112% for condominiums.
3. Closed sales are up 47% for single family homes, 33% for vacant lots and 53% for condominiums.
4. Average sales prices are up 29% for single family homes, 117% for vacant lots and 12% for condominiums.
