Marco Island Real Estate Analysis

As you can see from the previous post, inventory levels on single family homes and condominiums have reduced in numbers from October 2010.  We have had a very active summer in home and condominium sales.

Lots have not had much of a change from 2010 inventory levels and lots at this current time are still somewhat slow moving.

With the stabalized pricing and lower inventory, Marco Island real estate should continue to be strong through the winter months.
